The SQL Server STR() function returns a number as a string.

STR(number, length, decimals)Parameters
| Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
| number | The number to convert to a string (required) |
| length | The length of the returning string (default is 10) |
| decimals | The number of decimals to display in the returning string (default is 0) |
