The MySQL ROUND() function rounds a number to a specified number of decimal places.
SELECT ROUND(55.375, 2);
Output
ROUND(55.375, 2)
55.38
Syntax
ROUND(number, decimals)
Parameters
Parameter | Description |
---|---|
number | The number to be rounded (required) |
decimals | The number of decimal places to round number to; if omitted, it returns the integer with no decimals |
