The PHP timezone_name_from_abbr() returns the timezone name from abbreviation.

Syntax
timezone_name_from_abbr(abbr, gmtoffset, isdst)
Parameters
Parameter | Description |

abbr | Specifies the timezone abbreviation (required) |
gmtoffset | Specifies the offset from GMT in seconds; default is -1, which means that first found timezone corresponding to abbr is returned; if not found, the first timezone with any offset is returned |
isdst | Specifies daylight saving time indicator:

PHP Notes:
- When using PHP, single or double quotation marks are acceptable and work identically to one another; choose whichever you prefer, and stay consistent
- Arrays count starting from zero NOT one; so item 1 is position [0], item 2 is position [1], and item 3 is position [2] … and so on
