Quick Reference

The PHP ftp_nb_continue() function continues to receive/send a file to the FTP server.

    // continue downloading
    $d = ftp_nb_continue($ftp_conn);

Output

// downloads a file from the server and continue downloading while doing something else at the same time (non-blocking)

Syntax

ftp_nb_continue(ftp_conn)

Parameters

ftp_connSpecifies the FTP connection to use (required)

PHP Notes:

  • When using PHP, single or double quotation marks are acceptable and work identically to one another; choose whichever you prefer, and stay consistent
  • Arrays count starting from zero NOT one; so item 1 is position [0], item 2 is position [1], and item 3 is position [2] … and so on
