Quick Reference
The PHP ftp_alloc() function allocates space for a file to be uploaded to the FTP server.

Syntax
ftp_alloc(ftp_conn, filesize, result)
Parameters
Parameter | Description |

ftp_conn | Specifies the FTP connection to use (required) |
filesize | Specifies the number of bytes to allocate (required) |
result | Specifies a variable to store the server response in |
PHP Notes:
- When using PHP, single or double quotation marks are acceptable and work identically to one another; choose whichever you prefer, and stay consistent
- Arrays count starting from zero NOT one; so item 1 is position [0], item 2 is position [1], and item 3 is position [2] … and so on
