The grid-area property specifies a grid item’s size and location in a grid layout, and is a shorthand property for the:

/* starts on row 4 column 1, and spans 3 rows and 2 columns: */

    grid-area: 4 / 1 / span 3 / span 2;
}

Using JavaScript

The HTML element can also be styled using JavaScript and the element’s id.
